Shanks Family

The Shanks family are some very sweet, very awesome people!  It is apparent from the people around them they are very loved.  And their little boys are also adorable!  Hudson knows what he wants and when and he's quite the charmer!  And little baby Landen is soooo sweet!  All together they're an adorable family.  Thanks Shanks family!

Raymond Family Mini

This awesome father/son duo were the best!  Kevin's sister is my friend and co-worker and she gifted this session to her brother for Christmas.  It was so much fun and you can really see the love and bond these two share as father and son.  You can tell that Zayden adores his dad and wants to do everything he does.  And he's also full of energy!  So cute!  Thanks guys for letting me capture your love!

Hutching's Family Mini

I'm once again catching up with my blog posts!

Here is a family that I love dearly and was so excited to finally get to capture!  Andrea and I have been friends since we were 15 years old in summer camp.  She grew up in Jacksonville, FL, but we remained friends through the years and would see each other at church conferences and such.  Well, God is good and gave her a great man who lived in Orlando!  And now she lives super close to me and they have the cutest little girls who have such striking red and platinum blond hair!  Adorable and sweet little girls who are both full of personality.  I hope you love this session as much as I did!

Marin Family mini session

I was delighted when Adriana contacted me for family pictures! The Marin Family and I go a few years back.  They are some awesome and sweet people!  And their little girl... she's a photographer's dream!!  She smiled and posed and played along like this was her personal photo shoot!  But alas, this wasn't about her, haha!  Her husband Jonny's family were all going to be in town, which was something that hadn't happened in a long, long time because they all live in different parts of the world and she wanted to surprise them with family photos.  How sweet!  So Jonny, his mom, brother, and sister got some beautiful family pictures to go along with a sweet reunion!  Thank you for allowing me to capture such a precious family time!

Baez Family Session

I had completely forgot to share this family session I did not too long ago!  This is the Baez Family.  Elle Baez is a local photog who contacted me to do their family pictures and its always an honor to be asked by another photographer.

We met up at Urban Wetland Park, which I had never been to nor heard of.  And it was beautiful!!  Its like a piece of beautiful paradise in Orlando.  A beautiful lake surrounded by gigantic trees.  Simply beautiful.  So I'm so glad Elle found it and that we got to meet.  The Baez family is pretty awesome and fun!  Their little girl is so sweet and a dream to take pictures of!  Thanks for letting me capture your family!

Huba Family Mini Session

Photographing families is fun and this family is full of fun and love.  This is the Huba family and they're pretty awesome people!  Their daughters, Ivy and Mercy, are adorable and giggly and total girly-girls.  The Huba's just moved out to Orlando and I wish them the best as they settle in and make it their new home!

Hall family session

Around this time my photography picks up again and I am ever so grateful!  Christmas card pictures and senior sessions.  This is the perfect time of year for pictures since the weather is gorgeous!

This past weekend I got the chance to photograph some good friends of ours, the Halls.  We met through our sons who go to school together.  They are some sweet and awesome people!  I look forward to our years of friendship!

WWWW

I snapped a couple pics of my boys as we went out to get family pictures this past weekend with my mother-in-law who was visiting.  I didn't get a good outfit pic of my outfit, so its just the boys today.  They're way cuter anyway! 

 

I feel like these are old news because I posted them on my photography page, on my facebook cover picture, etc.  BUT what I'm showing off here is their outfits. 

 

On Christian is a button up from JCPenney's.  I love the color scheme of coral, peach, and navy.  And of course the token khaki pants from Target. His shoes you can't see but they're like boat shoes from Old Navy.

 

On Liam is an adorable romper that our pastor's wife gave to him for his birthday.  SO cute!  I believe its Carters... One of my favorite outfits of his that I will be so sad when he outgrows.  Its got sailboats on it!  For shoes he has some navy Robeez that I scored while they were having a sale. ;)

 

 

 

 

Frymier family pictures

Its been a while since I posted some of my photography sessions.  Here is one I did recently for the Frymier family.  This family is super sweet!  Awesome family with great things in their future!  And they have a cutie of a 1 year old boy named Levi.  This little guy loves music and his books!  As soon as mom started singing, he looked up and smiled.  Of course dad knows how to make him laugh with some good ol rough tickling fun!  I had fun taking their pictures!  These pictures are for his 1 year shots.  I picked out some of my favorites!

Photography

So... I started doing photography!  I've been doing it for about a year or so now. My husband bought me my first DSLR 2 years ago for my birthday.  I was very intimidated by that thing, haha!  But I finally took a couple classes to help me understand my camera and how to work it and I LOVE it!  I can't go back!  So anyway, my original intent for my camera was just to take nice pictures of my son and the things I love.  Well... that turned into "I want to do this all the time!".  While I cannot quit my job and just go shoot people (ha!) everyday, I am doing it as a side thing for now.  I have no plans to go full-time, but who knows what the future holds.  So you will be seeing more photography posts from me on here, besides our everyday life posts.  I'll probably start with past photoshoots that I've done, just to share with y'all.

So with that said, let me show you a recent photoshoot I did for some close friends of ours who just had their third baby, a beautiful boy!  He is an angel and did very well for his first photoshoot!  :)  I also got some pictures with his rambunctious and adorable older sisters.  They made for a fun and interesting day!  PS, this was my first "newborn" shoot and I was nervous.  But, oh what fun!  And I get to hold that bundle of love and breath him in.  <3  Now that's a perk!
